Project Profile - Liverpool Leisure Centre - (Total Rebuild Costs 250k)
Major Fire Damage Restoration
The fire damage to the Leisure Centre was extensive and full refurbishments of the swimming pool, changing rooms, sauna, steam room, swimming pool and jacuzzi, were required.
The client appreciated our joined up approach as our skilled workforce provided a one stop shop for consultancy and project management for mechanical and electrical works including the fire alarm system, reinstatement of decoration and ceramic tiling throughout.
Our ability to procure all these skills from our workforce and approved suppliers meant that the client and insurance company benefitted from the savings in job span and job cost.

Brookhouse secure £450 refurbishment program

Brookhouse has been awarded a contract worth approximately £450k to refurbish 84 student lounges / kitchens. Within this project was the task of also upgrading 611 bedrooms from single to ¾ beds complete with blackout blinds and minor decoration.
