Project Profile - Student Accommodation - Value 450k
Refurbishment program
Brookhouse has been awarded a contract worth approximately £450k to refurbish 84 student lounges / kitchens. Within this project was the task of also upgrading 611 bedrooms from single to ¾ beds complete with blackout blinds and minor decoration.
Brookhouse was able to source significantly better quality beds at a far better price per unit and we encouraged the client to deal direct with the supplier to ensure that the full benefit of this saving was passed directly to the project.
In this case our close relationship with the client ultimately saved him upwards of £60k.
