Brookhouse Contracting Limited was established in 2003 by Colin and Michelle Ratcliffe who are specialists in the building services and building maintenance industry. Over the years the business has experienced steady growth and is proud of the consistent ability to retain long term clients.

Our approach is heavily influenced by a strong respect for our client. We have over fifteen years of experience which gives us a powerful insight into what our clients want as their ‘ideal scenario’ as well as how they wish to be treated and we have set out to deliver this with no compromises.
